Washington State Police Canine Association
The WSPCA has been in existence for almost 30 years. We are a not-for-profit organization whose purpose is to advance Law Enforcement and Corrections K-9. Through our organization, we run two training seminars a year hosted by membership departments and provide certification for all member teams. We also provide a formal process for handlers to be recognized as Assistant Trainers and then Master Trainers in Generalist Patrol, Narcotics Detection, and Explosives Detection.
By being a member of the WSPCA, you benefit by:
1.
Accreditation of K-9 teams is provided at no cost to you or your agency.
2.
Reduced fees to our two annual seminars.
3.
Having access to our many K-9 trainers located all over the state.
4.
A free annual subscription to Police K-9 magazine.
If any of you have any suggestions about things that we could change, do better, or would like to see, do not hesitate to contact me.
Hope to see all of you at the upcoming seminars.
